Londonderry Inn, built in 1803, is a fully restored Maine farmhouse, offering luxurious accommodations in a relaxed friendly setting. The inn is located less than 2 miles from downtown Belfast on 6 lovely acres, featuring berries gardens, flowers, fruit trees and a farm pond. You will rest comfortably in one of our 5 elegant guest rooms, decorated with both antique and newer furnishings and art, exquisite mattresses, plush feather pillows, and comfortable reading chairs. All guest rooms have modern private baths, plush bath sheets and terry robes, Cable TV with VCR, telephone, Mini-Fridge, AMFM clock radio-CD player and Air Conditiong in season. Relax on our screened farmer's porch, with comfortable wicker furniture and ceiling fans; backyard deck with rod iron sofa and chairs; sun porch with a table for four plus white wicker chairs; fire placed formal living room with dark green leather sofa; comfortable reading room with soft brown leather furniture, or large fire placed country kitchen, where breakfast is served daily. Retire to your room with a book, periodical, or VCR tape from our extensive library of over 200 films'or explore the grounds, pick berries in season or just relax at the backyard picnic table. You may catch a glimpse of wild turkey, deer or other wildlife. In the morning watch birds feeding at our numerous feeders while you enjoy a 3-course 'farmer's' breakfast designed to fuel you for the day's activities. You can't leave the inn hungry! In the evening join the innkeepers and other guests for beverages and home made cookies.
